Wildlife
My Blog will be about how wildlife helps the environment and what's going on with it.What is wildlife? Wildlife is a term used to describe all wild animals, it includes all wild animals like mammals, birds, reptiles, etc. Wildlife can help in biodiversity because we can make investments like creating jobs and raising incomes. Wildlife can also help our environment because it can provide us with natural resources. As long we preserve it, both the animals and our future generations can enjoy it.
Why should you help protect wild wildlife? First, If you assisted in protecting wildlife, it can promote biodiversity. Second, it can be beneficial to humans. Lastly, conservation of the natural habitats can help environment well. By helping protect the wildlife, we can have many prosperous accomplishments, as well as keeping current species alive. by keeping current species alive, we can the next generation to enjoy the lives we preserved so that they wouldn't have to just look at pictures.

Over the next few posts I will go more depth in how wildlife will be good for environment. Wildlife has great significance for out environment and if we don't do anything to preserve it or keep it stable then our planet will slowly lose the richness it has.many negative effects can occur if we don't preserve the wildlife. For example, if the food chain ain't preserved one by one animals may go extinct. If the animals are extinct then only us humans remain and that will be pretty boring.

Biodiversity
Biodiversity is the difference in life in the world or in a ecosystem. If there is a loss of species in an ecosystem, then it can greatly affect that specific system because each species plays a significant role. If we were talking about agriculture then it would typically refer to how in a decline of biodiversity there is a loss wildlife associated with that farmland like mammals or plants. Yet other organisms are equally as important with regard to agroecosystem function.
A healthy biodiversity can provide a great of natural services to everyone. It can give great ecosystem services such as protection of water resources or contribution to climate stability and even nutrient storage and recycling, etc. Likewise it can give us biological resources such as medicinal resources and ornamental plants as well as food(come on, everybody loves food). Lastly it can provide social benefits like cultural values and tourism. Many services are basically free, we just gotta keep it strong.
Biodiversity has boosted ecosystem productivity as well. For example, a larger number of plants means a greater variety in crops. Diverse species ensures natural sustainability for all life forms. Biodiversity can also boost the ecosystem by showing that healthy ecosystems can better withstand or recover from a variety of disasters. These are the reasons why biodiversity is so important for the environment and wildlife.

Wildlife is beneficial to Humans
There are many different ways that the wild life proves beneficial to humans. One way, the wild life proves beneficial is that the chemicals have been derived from animals in order make medicines. For example, lactose is used as a carrier or stabilizer in medicines. Cochineal or carmine is a red dye made from the shells of crushed insects used as a coloring agent in medicines. These types of medicines are also used to give to vegans whether they know it or not.
It isn't a secret that a number have species we've lost due to overpopulation and deforestation. Consumer goods, culture, and animal exploitation have all been cause by mankind. In 40 years half of the world's life population have been lost. Because of this environmental protections laws were insisted in 1960s. Additionally, conservation laws began passing in the 1980s.
By conserving wildlife, we can have food security such as wildlife conservation, which provides agricultural biodiversity. Another way. Wildlife is beneficial to us is that it can provide medicine and other resources to improve health. The most compelling thing that wildlife can provide is that it gives us opportunity. For example, we can have unsustainable resource extraction industries. This is why wildlife is beneficial to humans.

What is Wildlife conservation?
Conservation is the scientific study of nature, with the aim of protecting species, their habitats and ecosystems from extinction. Now after learning what conservation, we can talk about the different types conservation. There are 3 main types of conservation. These 3 types are environmental conservation, animal conservation, marine conservation.
Environmental conservation means that the environment is being used in a way that is sustainable. By keeping it sustained, it will not be destroyed for good rather we will benefit from it for years to come. Naturally environmental conservation comes in different ways and there are a few things to cover. From recycling waste to replanting trees and to educate kids about how taking care of the environment themselves.
By protecting our surrounding in these ways, we are in return protecting ourselves and protecting the environment. Another great way to conserve is to use public transport to cut down on pollution. This is the first main conservation and type and what you can do to help maintain it.

Animal conversation
What is animal conservation? Animal conservation is t the practice of protecting wild species who are endangered ias well as their habitats. Across the world there are animal conservationists, who find species that need help and protect them. Sadly there have been many species that have already gone extinct, therefore it is important to find different ways to protect them and conserve their natural habitats.
So what's making these creatures disappear? There are many reasons why animals are going extinct. One of the biggest reason is global warning. Due to rapid changes in weather, animals have hard time living in their habitat. There are many other reasons that decrease the population of animals.
Natural occurrences are also included in the decrease of wild animals. However we humans are the biggest cause. There are people who hunt and trade endangered species. People also pollute the water and soil animals use. We have to stop and help the endangered species survive and not allow them to reach the point of extinction. If you want to help preserve wild animals join the animal conservation project.

Marine conversation
Marine conservation is also known marine resource conservation. Marine conservation is the protection and preservation of the ocean. It not only preserves the ecosystems of the oceans and seas but it also mitigates human activities such as over fishing, pollution, habitat destruction, etc. A related term that you mind find is known as the marine conservation biology which uses science for conservation issues.
Marine conservation can work in many different ways. For example its possible to enforce and create laws for marine conservation. Laws such as the endangered species act and the marine mammal protection act. Other techniques that can be used to for marine conservation is to establish marine protected areas.
Receiving education about marine is also a good way to help it in the long run. for example, by studying population through taking assessments and mitigating human actives. It is possible to restore the population. An educated man named Baba Dioum has said "In the end, we will conserve only what we love; we will love only what we understand; and we will understand only what we are taught."

Ocean Acidification
Some issues that affect me conservation is ocean acidification. What is ocean acidification. It refers to the pH reduction in the ocean. This is primarily caused by the uptake of carbon dioxide(Co2). The term known as the pH is known as the measure of acidity. If you've ever had an aquarium, you should know that pH is important because pH needs to be adjusted to optimal levels for your fish to thrive on.
The ocean works the same way. It needs to be at a certain pH level in order optimal. When the ocean becomes more acidic, it makes things difficult for corals and other organisms to make skeleton and shells to make calcium carbonate. Additionally, the build up thats made on carbonic acid in body fluids affect fish and other marine life by taking away their reproduction capabilities.
On pH scale 7 is neutral, 14 is basic and 0 is the most acidic. From history the pH o fthe ocean shoul be at 8.16, however ever since the industrial revolution began , it has dropped to 8.05. Now this may not look it but this is a significant decrease in the pH level. The pH scale is also logarithmic, so that slight change in pH results in a 30 percent increase in acidity. This effects marine conservation in many ways.
